1st treatment of my spine
An-nyong-ha-sye-so!
pang-gap-shim-mi-da.
went to my 1st treatment for my spine today @ IMM,
saw my xray results, which is in a pretty bad state i guess.
there are actually 3 stages of how u classified "bad"
stage 1 - takes abt 12mths to heal back to normal stage.
stage 2 - takes abt 3 yrs
and lastly
stage 3 - takes up to 5 years. (this is like the final stage, u noe like cancer,
last stage are the most hard to cure, but this is not so serious lah, CHOY! touchwood)
so, after analysising my xray, i am classified under stage 1.5, in between stage 1 and 2,
so is B-A-D.
hahah, so they tried on the therapy for me,
it was shiiiioook ah, hahahas
whole body felt lighter, and lesser pains on my lower back.
the doc advise tht i dun run on track mill, as the running movement on the trackmill can put even more pressure on my lower backbone (which is alr in a pretty bad state).
sports tht can do: cycle, and somemore, tmr he'll talk abt it more abt the DOs and DONTs.
and i have to discipline myself to adjust my posture at home to speed up the treatment.

1st Condo one i dun have,
2nd Cards~ i've gotten my 1st card, that is the legendary CREDIT CARD, yay,
but, its an RBS credit card. not much of point cuz all the extra disc mostly are EVERYDAY card(POSB), UOB card
. and on the same day, i went to upgrade my normal boring ATM card to an advance card - Go! card, where they have this extra function for MASTERS, whereby i can sign in future, rather than pressing the machine for transactions.
3rd Cert~ i've got my PSLE Cert,Olevel Cert, persuing Dipolma now.
4th Car, toycar counted not?
5th Cash, yahh! but never enuff. heehehe. materialistic idiot typing here. :D

The search continued through the night for an Air France plane that disappeared over the Atlantic, but little hope remained that any of 228 people on board would be found alive.
Air France flight AF 447 disappeared early Monday four hours into its 11-hour flight from Rio de Janeiro to Paris after the Airbus A330 encountered severe turbulence over the Atlantic and reported technical failures.
i seriously think is they entered the infamous bermuda triangle =x

what a faithful day- -
have u feel anymore less insulted to get scolded and mocked early in the morning,
when also both of ur prjt grp mates ps-ed u, bcuz they had fever
when u LS till u cannt feel like legs anymore.
but u still have to shoulder all the scoldings and insults all by urself.
how dare he say:"so today u are going to shoulder all the scoldings, and the other two not here, and then next week u sick right,"
and jus nice another lecturer came in, and he told him tht i came alone today, and other lecturer ask the rest, HE say they're sick, and tht lecturer LAUGH, wad the heck.
